Stockfish - Super-strong, open-source engine for Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, or iPhone. Runs in SCID and Arena, as well as commercial GUIs from Chessbase and Convekta.

Searchable Database
Chesslab.com - Set up a position on its Java board and it finds games, which you can click through online or download.
